MERRY MARINE is an independent company, established by Bill Merry with encouragement, support and advice from his wife, Wendy Merry.

Bill Merry
Bill has over 20 years leadership experience in a major blue chip company. Most of that time has been spent in senior management positions where he gained extensive experience of developing, leading and motiviting teams of up to 300 people.

He is an experienced "manager of change" and has introduced new technologies and work practices in a number of areas where the performance of the people has been critical to success.

Wendy Merry
Wendy has over 15 years experience in HR in various industries. For the last 10 years she has held the position of HR Director in the IT industry.

Wendy's focus is on the strategic aspects of HR where development of high performance individuals and teams have been key to the company's success. Wendy acts in the capacity of a Non Executive Director of Merry Marine.

	Bill is an RYA /MCA qualified and commercially endorsed Yachtmaster and Cruising Instructor and combines his business and yachting experience to create real, challenging and inspirational leadership, team development and hospitality events.

MERRY MARINE provides leadership, team development and corporate hospitality services. We specialise in using offshore sailing as a real and challenging environment to reinforce concepts in leadership and management and provide a unique opportunity for building relationships.

Training - Bill Merry is an RYA qualified Cruising Instructor and in conjunction with an RYA approved sea school, can provide "Competent Crew" and "Day Skipper" training. Other training services and advice can be provided on request.
