| Learn to Sail with Merry Marine |

Many of our clients come away from our development events with the sailing bug and want to learn more about sailing. Merry Marine has joined up with Cornish Cruising, based in Falmouth, to offer RYA Competent Crew and Day Skipper courses with some extra touches for Merry Marine clients. |

Falmouth is a great base for a sail training course and holiday, with stunning scenery and great venues to visit from the sea including Fowey, the River Fal and the Helford River. Cornish Cruising is a fully approved RYA training centre offering the full range of RYA Sail, Powerboat and Motor Yacht training. Our courses are regular, high quality Cornish Cruising training courses following the usual RYA syllabus, plus a few extras to make up a ‘premium' service specifically for Merry Marine clients. |

The standard Cornish Cruising course runs from 16:00 on a Sunday, finishes 13:00 Friday and includes RYA certification, quality instruction with maximum 4:1 student to instructor ratio, all meals on board, snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments on board, wet weather gear and of course, overnight accommodation.
Extras for the premium service include:
- Premium provisioning on board
- Alcoholic beverages on board
- Two meals at restaurants ashore
- RYA Log book and a Competent Crew or Day Skipper book
- Specifically selected modern, comfortable cruising yacht
- Bill Merry or one of Merry Marine's skippers as the instructor/skipper
