Gareth is a qualified and highly experienced professional consultant in the field of leadership and organisational development. Gareth has led and project managed programmes all over the world for major organisations including HSBC, Capital One, LloydsTSB, QBE, SABMiller, Scania, and the Youth Hostel Association. He has been a senor consultant with the Chartered Management Institute and Head of Research and Development for Apter International.

Paul is an internationally experienced HR Director and management consultant who specialises in developing people and organisational programmes to support improved organisational performance. He has a corporate background in the utilities and technology sectors and has consulted widely to organisations in the public and private sectors in the UK and overseas.

Paul led the public sector practice at HR consultancy Towers Perrin and was also Group HR Director at iSOFT Group plc. Paul holds an MBA in International Business from the Birmingham Business School.

Sue is the co-founder of a highly successful learning and development services company. She has 15 years of management development experience with a track record of achievement in projects concerned with improving organisational performance and effectiveness, including training, personal development, recruitment and selection, the development of competency frameworks and coaching.

Sue has excellent communication and organisational skills, which combined with her pragmatic approach and ability to influence, motivates people to learn and develop. Sue achieves consistent results through influence and by building strong relationships with senior managers.

Richard is an accomplished, charismatic communicator at all levels with 19 years of extensive experience in business, change management, learning & development and coaching. Richard believes the competitive nature of sport can be translated into a productive ethos for successful people management and this is substantiated with a distinguished career in Rugby Union with Gloucester and representative honours for South West Division, London Counties and England. He has coached several rugby sides with promotion and cup winning credits.

Her early career was spent at The Chartered Management Institute in the UK where she ran the business development operation which created the largest management qualification in the UK.
