Entrepreneur, writer and psychologist, Steve Carter is an international management and organisational development consultant known for his provocative thinking and approach grounded in the realities of business life. His particular expertise is the transformation of organisational culture, climate and performance with a strong focus the development of the leadership and top teams of a business.

Prior to founding his present company, Steve who has a MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London, held senior positions as Director of TDA Consulting and Head of Management Development at the Chartered Management Institute where he represented the Institute at European level with the European Forum for Management Development. He has written four books, numerous articles, and speaks at international conferences.  His latest book ‘Road to Audacity’ has been widely acclaimed.

Maggi is the founder and Managing Director of an inspirational change and people performance practice. She is a chartered occupational psychologist with 20 years commercial experience. Prior to becoming a consultant, her background was in blue chip organisations, in training, development and organisational change. She has an excellent track record of improving the performance of individuals, teams and organisations through diagnosis and strategic input, coaching, training and other interventions.

She has been focusing on work in the fields of stress and wellbeing for the past 10 years and was actively involved in the development of Stressfreeway, the stress audit tool used by Mosaic Wellbeing. In addition to her consulting work, Maggi is completing a PhD focused on happiness and wellbeing with education.

Gareth Lewis

Gareth is a qualified and highly experienced professional consultant in the field of leadership and organisational development. His work involves research, design and delivery of development programmes and organisational change initiatives. Gareth has led and project managed programmes all over the world for major organisations including HSBC, Capital One, LloydsTSB, QBE, SABMiller, Scania, and the Youth Hostel Association. He has been a senor consultant with the Chartered Management Institute and Head of Research and Development for Apter International.

Paul Mather

Paul is an internationally experienced HR Director and management consultant who specialises in developing people and organisational programmes to support improved organisational performance. He has a corporate background in the utilities and technology sectors and has consulted widely to organisations in the public and private sectors in the UK and overseas.

Paul led the public sector practice at HR consultancy Towers Perrin and was also Group HR Director at iSOFT Group plc. His prime interest is in assisting organisations who are undergoing considerable change, perhaps as a result of merger, divestment, fast growth or turnaround. Paul holds an MBA in International Business from the Birmingham Business School.

Marie is co-founder and senior partner at her present company. Her specific areas of interest and expertise include leadership development, the design of inspirational development interventions and team facilitation. She is particularly skilled as a facilitator and coach having worked in a diverse range of organisations with managers at all levels. Her clients enjoy her ‘straight talking’ approach which enables them to explore and confront key issues within a supportive environment.

Previously, Marie was Managing Consultant at TDA Consulting. Her early career was spent at The Chartered Management Institute in the UK where she ran the business development operation which created the largest management qualification in the UK. She has a masters in Human Resource Development, is qualified in psychometric testing and has qualifications in management, psychology, and training.
